The First CMNC-SWUG Golf Outing & Meeting

A 9 hole golf outing has been put together at Holden Hills Country Club in Holden, MA starting at 1pm on Thursday, July 16^th, 2009 which is sure to be a blast! Come on out and play some golf with your colleagues, other SolidWorks users, VAR’s and maybe even some SolidWorks employees. You never know who might show up to play.

Everyone who wants to play will be teamed up randomly upon arrival given a golf cart and turned loose on the course for a great afternoon of fun. All will play best ball with no handicaps. All teams will be chosen at random and may the best raw team score win. We will even have some individual Prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin to name a few. There are many ways to win.

You may ask what’s all this great fun going to cost me. Well due to some generous sponsors listed below we can offer all this for a measly $20.00 per person. WHAT A DEAL! Space is limited to 40 people and is going fast. Due to the limited space available we are requiring that all who want to play please pay up front by check or cash. But wait there’s more! (Now we’re starting to sound like an infomercial)

After this great time of golfing, the SolidWorks user group meeting will be held in the club house with great food being prepared by the illustrious JFK catering plus two presentations. One on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective SolidWorks Users by Jason Pancoast of CAP Inc and the other will be SolidWorks Tips and Tricks by Tom Cote of Veeco solar. Also some great door prizes will be given away

Also being demo at the Group meeting will be the uPrint (personal 3D printer) by Dimension
